titanspear.ai is the sole proprietorship of Flo Knies, based in Langenselbold, Hesse. We plan, build and support AI solutions for larger companies across the DACH region: process automation, knowledge systems with RAG, corporate LLMs and AI phone assistants that keep you reachable without having to answer the phone yourself all the time.
Flo Knies
I'm Flo Knies, founder and owner of titanspear.ai, based in Langenselbold, Hesse. I didn't learn the trades world from stories. My father was a master carpenter his whole life, running his own workshop, and that's what I grew up around. I trained in HVAC and plumbing myself, then added a field service technician qualification through evening classes later on. That meant I was the one standing at the customer's site with my hands full, and the phone ringing on top of it. Pick up? Couldn't. Call back? In the evening, when the workday was supposed to be over. I know that struggle from the inside.
That's exactly why I started with AI phone assistants: for trade businesses, sales teams and anyone whose phone doesn't stop ringing while the actual work waits. Today I also plan and build AI solutions for larger companies: process automation, knowledge systems with RAG and corporate LLMs. I qualified specifically for this: as an AI Automation Manager at the TÜV SÜD Akademie, and with three IHK (German Chamber of Commerce and Industry) qualifications in AI and online marketing. But more important to me than any certificate is how we work: I set up your assistant personally, you listen to it beforehand and approve it. After that, I stay on. Not a tool handed to you and left alone, but a system with someone behind it who knows the job.
